1. Features

This analyzer is designed and manufactured according to the principle of microscopic image processing. It is applicable to the analysis of all shapes of particle sizes or micropore or powder materials, and has functions such as 3D analysis, standard template formulation, implementation standard, large particle or micropore analysis, which is an innovation achievement from our technical team including doctor, master and analysis technologists.

Outstanding Features:

1. Two dimensional distribution map can be drawn for the detection parameters, and the complete two dimensional distribution data can be given. d0, d3, d5, d10, d50, d90, d95, d97, d100 and other eigenvalue particle sizes are included in the two dimensional distribution data.
2. 3D particle size analysis can be carried out, and the combination of three types of particles or micropore shape parameters and eight particle size parameters can be used to obtain a variety of 3D analysis results for researchers to choose. The system can not only provide the 3D analysis data, but also draw 3D particle size distribution map.
    
3. According to the shape of particles or micropore, 3D sorting can be done to draw a 3D plane sorting diagram.

3. Standard Graphs

The following standard graphs are used to verify the accuracy of roundness test results. It is difficult to know the accuracy of the roundness of particles or micropore, so it is also hard to measure the accuracy of measurement. The roundness of standard graph is known, and its test result is used to measure the test result of the roundness, which is feasible and reliable. For particle or micropore image analyzer, the difference between the measurement value and theoretical value of standard graphs' roundness is smaller, which indicates that the test result is more accurate.
